Video Analysis

One of the best ways to improve your water polo is to watch videos of your performance during a game. 

You will see what you’re doing well and what needs to be worked on. You’ll also get a much better understanding of the game from a team perspective. This is critical to become an elite water player.  

We will need a video of a recent game that you have played. We will break it down in detail. This is the same way that professional athletes in basketball and football learn to improve their game and scout out opponents. Video analysis takes approximately 90 minutes to go over the game and develop a practice schedule of skills for you to work on and improve.
